Do I need a property manager?

What fees are there for these services?

To lease a property, the fee is equal to first month's rent; if for whatever reason we evict that tenant within six months, it is free. For property management, we charge 10% of the rent collected, so if no rent is collected, there is no fee. There are also some fees for maintenance when needed.

Who pays for rental property maintenance costs?

The owner is liable for all maintenance costs that are needed for a rental property, unless the tenant is responsible for the damage.
