Maintenance
When managing properties, maintenance is an unavoidable expenditure. Due to volume, we are able to maintain houses at lower costs. ABC Property Management has a team of professional maintenance personnel who can ensure you will save both time and money by working with us.

Rent Collection & Evictions
Late or lacking rent payments significantly impact investment. Each month, ABC Property Management collects rent and it is either deposited by check or ACH.
Although we have a scrupulous process for finding tenants, occasionally there are some who need to be evicted. If a tenant fails to pay rent or breaks the leasing terms, ABC Property Management commences a legal eviction the swiftest way possible.
If we evict a tenant we rented to within the first six months, we will rent the property free of charge.
